Full suite of health and medical benefits 401k Generous PTO Additional perksJob DetailsIn this role, you will be responsible for Manage long and short-range operational planning and performance measurement, including, profit planning, expense budgeting, asset utilization, cost standards, savings opportunities, capital investing and labor tracking.
Identifying cost savings and process improvement opportunities Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial statements.
Maintaining an effective cost accounting system and financial reporting structure.
Conduct balance sheet analysis including provision calculations and reconciliations.
Assess operational policy controls and implement as directed Develop and lead the forecasting and budgeting process including coordination with Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams.
Prepare specialized reports as needed by operations, division, and corporate management.
What you'll need to be successful in this position 7
years of experience within large manufacturing environments having multiple locations.
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance Strong understanding or accounting theory and GAAP.
Proven track record of managing financial operations in a global, multi-site manufacturing environment.
